• Day 1: Arrival to Kigali

• Arrive to Kigali International Airport where you will be met by Attractive Safaris and your professional driver / guide for the safari, if possible little Kigali City sightseeing.

• Day 2: Kigali-Volcanoes National Park

• After the breakfast, drive to volcanoes National Park, on the way, admires the magnificent view of Rwanda's thousand hills landscapes.

• Day 3: Gorilla visit
•  
• AM: Early breakfast before proceeding to the park head quarters where visitors assemble at 07.00 for a briefing on how to “behave “while in the company of a gorilla group. You will meet your guide here and proceed to the starting point of the trek to our allocated group of gorillas. The length of the trek (2-6 h) varies depending on where the gorillas are as well as what the weather conditions are. It is important to bring good hiking boots, long trousers for protection against stinging nettles, some snacks & sweets.

• PM: Touring in the beautiful Gisenyi town and visit the Democratic Republic of Congo border where the active Nyiragongo volcano is face to face.

• Have picnic lunch in the nature at Crete Congo-Nil Divide with a good view of Lake Kivu and its surroundings: (lunch boxes with juice and water).
• PM: Kibuye city and Lake Kivu exploration.

• Visiting the Nyungwe forest in the south is best done with the Kivu Queen as your host. Here a quarter of all Africa’s primate’s species reside, including several chimpanzee troops and even the rare Angolan colobus monkey.
• Visit some places of interest alongside Lake Kivu.

• Nyungwe National Park is one of the most ancient, dating back to before the Ice Age.
• This day is dedicated to explore nature in Kamiranzovu swamp searching for the rare Ruwenzori turaccos, and the grauer’s swamp warblers etc.
• The tour ends with one of the most tourism highlight of Nyungwe by enjoying canopy walk in the forest. A 70 m high artificial bridge which allows you to see the thickness of the forest, different bird species at the top of tree crowns as well as the magnificent views of this old forest
• Then drive back to Kigali

• Payment is made in Dollars or Euros at the current exchange rate from dollar to euro. A deposit of 50% of the price is paid to confirm the trip. The balance (50%) must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival of the group. When you make a deposit you accept our terms and conditions.
• As a rule, payment is made by bank transfer, the cost of the bank transfer at your charge.
• Direct Payment Online (DPO) is also possible at an additional cost of 3.5% of the sent amount.
• In case of payment by credit card at our office in Kigali the additional cost is 3% of the paid amount.
• To send you bank details, please let us know in which currency and method of payment you wish to pay.

-      This tour starts and ends in Kigali. The client can be picked up and dropped off at the airport or hotel in Kigali city. Please inform about the same at the time  of booking.

-       Additional accommodation before the tour starts or after the end of the tour can be arranged at an additional cost.

-       Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to availability at the time of booking. Gorilla and other primate’s permits are non-refundable.

-      Comprehensive travel insurance policy (with medical and evacuation insurance) and obtaining it for the days you are visiting is your responsibility. Please   email us your proof of insurance before arriving for the trip.

-         The exact order, content and rate of this tour are subject to availability. Alternatively, a similar hotel can be booked.

-         The accommodation is per person sharing. Single room is provided at supplement cost.
